Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. The Promoter
This giveaway is promoted by Homebody Pilates Club, Te Puna, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand (hello@homebodypilatesclub.co.nz) in partnership with Second Nature Botanicals.
2. The Prize
The prize consists of:
- Homebody Pilates Club Complete Essentials Kit
- Homebody Pilates Club XL Studio Mat
- Homebody Pilates Club Grip Socks
- Second Nature Botanicals Yoga Mat Spray 200ml
Total prize value: $400. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
3. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years and over. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Homebody Pilates Club and Second Nature Botanicals are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps during the entry period:
- Follow @homebodypilatesclub on Instagram
- Sign up to The Homebodies email list via the link in bio at homebodypilatesclub.co.nz
Entries that do not meet all entry requirements will be disqualified. Multiple entries are not permitted. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
5. Entry Period
The giveaway opens on 18/03/2026 and closes at 5:00pm on 27/03/2026. Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries following the close of the entry period. The draw will take place on or around 27/03/2026. The winner will be announced via the @homebodypilatesclub Instagram page and contacted directly via the email address provided at sign-up.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted by email within 48 hours of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner selected.
8. Prize Delivery
The prize will be delivered to a New Zealand address provided by the winner. Homebody Pilates Club accepts no responsibility for prizes lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
9. Data & Privacy
By entering this giveaway, participants consent to their name and email address being collected and held by Homebody Pilates Club in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
Participant email data will also be shared with Second Nature Botanicals for marketing purposes. By entering, participants consent to receiving email communications from both Homebody Pilates Club and Second Nature Botanicals. Participants may unsubscribe from either mailing list at any time.
Homebody Pilates Club and Second Nature Botanicals will not sell or share participant data with any third party beyond those named above.
10. General Conditions
Homebody Pilates Club reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this giveaway at any time if circumstances arise that are beyond its reasonable control, or if the integrity of the giveaway is compromised for any reason.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The promoter's decision on all matters relating to the giveaway is final.
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Homebody Pilates Club and Second Nature Botanicals, and not to Instagram.
