Who is the program for?

Return to Self is designed for women starting Pilates for the first time, and anyone who's tried before and stopped.

It's for postpartum and breastfeeding mamas finding their way back to movement, women cycling, perimenopausal, or navigating energy shifts, and anyone wanting a quieter, more sustainable approach to movement.

Women with an existing practice are welcome too. The six weeks will deepen your foundations alongside The Community.

What is the cost of the program?

It's up to you. We're offering six weeks of Club Homebody free to anyone who wants to join. We'll send a clear reminder before then so you can decide whether to stay or cancel.

The workouts are designed using equipment from our Essentials range. Purchase is optional. Members get 10% off Essentials and free shipping during the program.

Do I need to have done Pilates before?

No. This is designed for women starting Pilates for the first time. The foundations library covers everything you need.

What if I'm postpartum, breastfeeding, or perimenopausal?

This is for you. Every session has modifications based on where you are in your cycle or energy phase.

What if I miss a day?

You haven't fallen behind. There's no catching up. Just begin again the next morning.

Do I need equipment?

No equipment is required to start. Workouts are designed using items from our Essentials range, which is optional. Members get 10% off and free shipping during the program if you want to invest.

What happens after the six weeks?

Your Club Homebody trial ends on Saturday 19 July. We'll remind you before then. Stay and continue, or cancel anytime. No pressure.
